Kristina Schneider

Working with Aviation Strategies International’s clients to develop the full potential of their talent to achieve optimal organizational performance: that’s what drives my career.

An educational technologist by profession and an experienced manager, my mission is to develop competency building strategies to support business growth and transformation.

I’m proud to have worked with some twenty major Canadian and international companies. I gain my clients’ trust by actively collaborating with them and promoting the co-creation of solutions adapted to their needs.

While my career has provided me with experiences in various fields, I’ve professionally dedicated the last decade to civil aviation. I’ve acquired an understanding of business issues in the industry and in addition, I’ve completed a graduate diploma in aviation management.

Having travelled on business to over 25 countries and being perfectly bilingual (French and English), I quickly grasp cultural differences and issues in order to build strong and respectful business relationships. I’m recognized for my excellent ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders. I manage to rally and influence them with ease to achieve the company’s objectives.

Driven by the desire to promote my company and to share my knowledge, I’m a regular guest speaker at international conferences. In addition, I write articles on talent development and organizational performance.

Should you require any strategic advice with regards to talent and leadership development, or organizational transformation and change management, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I’m looking forward to it!
